Description
Message: Good morning, I have recently purchased a property at 10121 Duryea Drive, Richmond which shows 8 trees owned by the City of Richmond in the right-of-way just to the street side of an existing brick retaining wall on the property line. I may need to remove one or more of these trees in order to work on the wall and gain access to the lot for building a residence. I was hoping to meet at the site with a representative of Urban Forestry to discuss the trees. There are 8 existing trees:
