Description

Sidewalk has holes and needs to have repaired. Says when transportation to comes to get her they are getting frustrated because of holes. States she has one leg and does not want to fall. Says she cant walk on sidewalk- its broken. grass part has holes all up and down.

Caller phoned back in to check on status of request, states she is an amputee and that traversing the sidewalk is difficult due to its deterioration. Caller also mentioned a hole within the property line that she is afraid of tripping in, advised caller to contact her landlord
