Description

tree wiyh hollow trunk, several large limbs have already broken off. We believe this tree should bne removed (also near electrical lines & street light. Tree is located at rear of property outside of sidewalk 9on corner of Sauer Ave & Wythe Ave, there is a red tape marker around the tree trunk 4301 Monument Ave, Richmond, VA 23230. Please advise after inspection.
