Description
On Patterson Avenue between Three Chopt Road and Maple Avenue, the speed limit was recently changed from 35 mph to 25 mph beginning at Pepper Avenue. Most drivers travel between 40 - 45 mph on average. They already hated me for driving 35. Now, they are extremely irate towards me when I enter the 25 mph zone. Either they don't notice the change or don't care, but it has created a very dangerous situation by creating greater speed variance among cars. Thank you.
