Description

citizen called the property maintenance inspector regarding illegal dumping. Inspector notified the environmental officer for the City of Richmond and John Walsh at public works on 11-16-20. Debris is still present and the citizen continues to contact the inspector to ask when the city will remove the debris. the debris in on the portion of the property which abutts Vale St.
