Description

Allen Avenue has vehicle damaging a tall asphalt patch at an abandoned railroad crossing. The tall patch extends across the full width of the roadway where the old RR rails remain. The asphalt needs to be removed because it causes great problems crossing. There is also a pothole near this RR crossing. Thanks
