Description

Back in March, I requested an assessment of the 2 trees in the photo (on the south side of the 3500 block of Grove Ave) and was told the one on the right would be taken down and the one on the left would be on a watch list. The one on the left has now dropped a sizeable limb (visible between the 2 cars) that had been dangling over the course of the year. Other limbs are also visibly rotting. Meanwhile the one on the right still has a cracked limb leaning toward my house. What's taking so long?
