Description
Sidewalk along Shenandoah, between Bromley and Wythe is not ADA compliant, meaning that there is less than 4’ of room between the existing brick wall and the tree roots of the oak tree. Furthermore, the oak tree roots have pushed the sidewalk up making for an uneven surface which creates an extreme trip hazard. Pleases have the walk removed and replaced so that it meets ADA standards as well as creating a final surface that is smooth and has positive drainage towards the street.
