Description

I would like to see a study done of the speed of cars on Patterson Ave. from St. Christopher's Road to Three Chopt. NO ONE goes 35 miles per hour. Could you ramp up radar and or put in speed cameras. We could fund a whole new school with the proceeds.

    M The 85th percentile speed measured 44mph. I asked the Richmond Police Department to deploy a speed radar and to enforce as staffing allows.
