PLEASE COMPLETE THE JOB! Alley was stripped three weeks ago and now is getting muddy. DPW did not add any gravel to alley so now all dirt. Hopefully we do not have to elevate to City Council member. Please fix ASAP. 3900 block , Grove Ave alley... Larry Mahler
