Description

Many branches and limbs have fallen off the tree with recent storms and there are several power and communication lines running through the branches. The tree may need general pruning and maintenance. A large branch is loosely hanging above the sidewalk posing a threat to people and property. It could fall and hurt someone or take out a power line One branch has already fallen onto my car.
