Description

Tree not only appears to be leaning and unstable, but also very dead. Several limbs have continued to fall this year from various storms directly onto West Laburnum Ave. The tree produced hardly any leaves in the Spring as well. Tree is located between the sidewalk and the street directly in front of Laburnum Avenue.
