Description

The East Bound lights at Forest Hill Ave and Chippenham are constantly out. This has been going on for years! Is there a permanent fix for this light? I did not go by there this weekend but the two previous weekends they were out. Thanks.

    M After my investigation, all lights are working as design. At this intersection the east bound signals do have blinders so if someone is not in the direct lane approaching the signal head on, it will appeal to be out.
