a huge hole in the middle of the street grove ave and lock lane. Citizen advises this is a reoccurring problem every year. Impacting east/west direction

    M Per R. Stewart -The pothole crews went to this location last Friday, 11/13 and water was running out of the hole. I sent this location to Derrick Joyner (DPU) last week and he said he would take a lookat it. The couldn’t fix the hole due to the water issue.
