Description

A few weeks ago about four deep holes were dug into Grove Avenue (westbound at the Three Chopt intersection.) Now, giant deep potholes have formed on at least two of them. I know to avoid them, but if I hit one my car would get stuck. They're getting worse by the day, and if they aren't fixed fast they're gonna cause an accident.
