Description

The traffic signal at the corner of Brook and Westbrook is blinking in all four directions. No one is stopping like they are supposed to when a signal is blinking and this is way too busy of an intersection for a 4 way blinking light. We have been sitting here listening to people honk at one another all morning and are worried there could be a serious accident since its raining.
