Description
Not exactly the topic I was looking for, however it is relative: connect Byrd Avenue and Dunbar Street. The neighborhood of Westwood is locked into its square, and there isn’t an easy way to get north to Monument. There is an alley between Byrd and Dunbar, which easily could be converted to a road. This will open up the neighborhood, and allow more investment into the community.
