Description

The Intersection at Custis Rd and Chippenham Pkwyi is out of sequence and needs to be re-calibrated, The southbound lanes especially in the early hours 5-6AM will turn red and allow for a protected left-hand turn from the Northbound lanes with no visible or apparent influence to the signal sensor. It seems to occur quite frequently .
