Description
347 Albemarle Ave, Richmond, VA 23226 lacks a sidewalk/curb/gutter which introduces signficant safety issues for the public. Existing surface is cracked/old and which causes difficulty for those that have mobility issues or that walk with assistance. People tend to walk in the street to avoid which is also dangerous. Lack of gutter cause rain/runoff to collect and pool rather than drain, again causing walkers to go into the street but also introduces a slip hazard, especially when frozen.
