Description

Tree roots under sidewalk on O Street between 29th & 30th have lifted up concrete plate & made sidewalk difficult to navigate by wheelchair users. Additionally, sidewalk issue is affecting caller's fence and driveway. Caller's alternate phone number: 804-337-1227
