Description

The traffic light at forest hill is not signaling for traffic to turn left onto forest hill from the food lion parking lot. It is also not signaling for Hathaway to go straight into the food lion lot or turn right onto forest hill. I sat through 4 cycles at 1:50pm today with cars in both lanes on Hathaway and no signal.
