Mr. Simms reported 4-5 large graffiti at 805 North Davis avenue. South portion of the restaurant building (alley way of the building). building is about 60 feet long.

    Location will be inspected and Grounds Maintenance will follow up with the property owner as to if the graffiti will removed by COR or if it will have to be removed by the property owner.

    City will decline this request because the amount graffiti. The property owner or the renter will be responsible for remove the graffiti because cost of materials and labor involved in removing the graffiti.
