Description

Citizen states that Richmond City workers, dug a hole and replaced a pipe (sleeve) in the roadway. When street was repaired there was a large indentation left. Citizen states that the hole is getting larger, especially when a large truck comes across it.( ie weekly garbage truck) She is requesting repair. 9708 Southmill Dr. Glen Allen, Va. ( She does pay gas fees to the city of richmond. She would like to be called before paving starts. She does not want to be blocked in the driveway.
