Description

Hello, There is a large tree limb that has broken off a tree in my back alley. The limb is hung up on the tree and the city of Richmond transmission lines. It is hanging over the entire alley and part of McDonough Street. I had dominion energy come out and they said the lines belonged to the city. This is a hazard limb that needs to be removed as soon as possible. Thank you

Administrative assistant for DPW UF forwarded this request to DPU to handle. DPW UF does not maintain alley trees. DPW UF cannot retrieve limbs stuck in power lines by OSHA and ANSI standards. DPU can handle this in house or by their contract dollars.
