MR SWAILS STATES THAT THE CRUMBLED BLACKTOP PAVEMENT IN HIS DRIVEWAY THAT WAS KICKED UP BY THE TRASH TRUCK POPPED MR SWAILS TIRE AD HE WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND SCOOP UP THE CRUMBLED BLACKTOP PAVEMENT AND DISPOSE OF IT.
