Description

A hole is in the green panel in the sidewalk at the corner of 2nd and W. Marshall St. by the parking lot. It is large enough for someone to step in and fall down.

    The green panel with a hole in it as described is an electrical service lid in the center of the sidewalk. The lid is plastic and approximately 12"x24".

    The lid to this electric access panel is completely gone and full of leaves. It is a walking hazard. I am sending this request back to dispatch for proper submission.
