Description

Because of the no turning signs along Hull Street coming from Midlothian, 11 St is one of the most common side streets to cut across to other streets parallel to Hull Street. At Porter St & 11th St, cars cram so close to the intersection as they parallel park that is can be impossible to see oncoming traffic to safely decide if you can go straight or turn onto Porter.
