Please ignore the last comment. I had several requests on the same day for photo enforcement at schools and gave the same response. I am still working on the request for an all-way stop at Maplewood and Freeman

All-way stop installations must meet the criteria in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). This is a federal manual used by all fifty states to evaluate traffic control devices for streets open to public travel. I have reviewed the intersection of Maplewood and Freeman and it does not meet the conditions set forth in the MUTCD for an all-way stop.
