Description

The sidewalk in front of 2223 Rosewood Avenue floods every time from minor rainfall. This is caused by the Japanese Zelkova tree root growing over the sidewalk. The tree, while healthy, makes the sidewalk impassable on foot and should be removed. See pictures showing an inch of flooding due to minor rainfall.
