Description

Citizen stated that sometime in June/July, City had come through and scraped the Alley and moved it to the edge causing dirt and they never returned to finish pouring the new gravel. When it rains, it causes huge puddle of water and dirt. Her alley backs up to Greycourt where it makes a Y at the 1300 block.
