Description

Spoke to person on phone months ago, they said they would send someone to take a look at the over flooding ditch, that happens when it rains., the ditch in front of house overflows. Cars come thru and the standing water splash people. ditch has never been cleaned since i can remember. put in request before never saw any workmen even come to check.
