Description

Per citizen: Tree is overgrown near the root. The branches near the bottom also create a blindspot to the street for people walking on the sidewalk or me, coming out of my driveway. The tree roots have also raised the sidewalks in places. I saw an elderly man trip on the uneven pavement. Tree id 12489
