Description

This is my 3rd follow-up to DPW 58356,58966,and 62039 regarding tree assessment at 100 E Clay St. It was assessed in March 2020 and again on 10/5/20 by RVA agent Sam Lily and determined ( for the 2nd time- first time discussion held in March 2020) to be dangerous and said it would be scheduled for removal. Weather conditions are making it more dangerous and increasing risk endangerment of my property and life. By this I am againmaking City and legal rep. PMA Companies aware of this situation.
