Description

Caller has a tree that is on her neighbor's property that is hanging over her property that causing damage to her cars and roof. Caller has cut branches from the tree that was hanging on her roof; caller has been contacting the owner for past 4 years and nothing has been done. Caller has sent certified letters to owner with no response. If tree falls caller is very concerned which way the tree will fall. Large branches that are falling on property; tree is in the front year.
