Description

HMI utilities, a contractor working on behalf of the city was doing work to a gas line that runs down the alley way behind the westbound side of the 4400 block of Grove Ave. While digging to reach the line they came onto the private parking area behind the condos at 4414 Grove Ave. The alley and private parking are almost unusable due to the mud, particularly if it has been raining. It has been left like this for 2 weeks.
