Description

Ms. Coleman is requesting that an Arborist come out to assess a City tree that she stated is dying and dropping debris on her house and in her yard. She stated she is a senior and cant afford to have someone come out and pick the debris up. She stated Dominion previously came but they only cut it back from their wires.
