Description

writing to report a traffic light that has been skipping cycles at the intersection of Walmsley and Commerce. Every night for a week it’s been causing backups for Philip Morris employees on the way to the plant.

    M Checked all functions and investigated the intersection. Only the phase 2 (SB) camera is NOT working.

    Problem seems to be the amount of vehicles entering to night shift of Phillip Morris. Created a new timing plan to allow more green time due to the new traffic demand. No further action needed at this moment.
