Description
Cary Road, where it meets River Road area-- please place speed strips, or something to slow down traffic. I am tired of cars running the light/speeding on Cary/Rio Vista. We have had a number of accidents. I am worried about getting struck by these careless drivers who race up Cary on their way in and out of the city. My children have almost been struck a number of times while crossing at the pedestrian cross walk light at the junction of Three Chopt and Cary.

Also a pedestrian crossing ahead sign exists on Cary St westbound along with a crosswalk and yield pavement markings atSt Catherine’s Lane. A Capital Improvement Project was recommended on Cary for pedestrian safety curb extensions between Three Chopt and Rio Visa Lane but is currently unfunded.
