Description

Would like a lighted crosswalk added across Oliver Hill Way and E Marshall St. High volume pedestrian with healthcare providers, students and citizens. Also speed control signage. Lighted crosswalk for Broad Street and Oliver Hill as well

    M The City Pedestrian, Bicycle and Trails Coordinator was consulted about a crosswalk on Oliver Hill at Marshall. He does not recommend a crosswalk given the lack of gaps in traffic, the traffic volumes and the multiple lanes to cross. A construction project is planned in this area that will improve traffic operations and safety. The intersection of Oliver Hill and Broad has overhead street lighting.
