    Ms. Colbert is working on a rehab project for restoring business on hull street - 1308 Hull street. Tree roots have enabled a severe trip hazard for future customers of two new businesses coming soon to this area. This is a potential "suing the city case" in the works. This is her second report and she stated that an elderly lady fell yesterday going to the beauty salon and suing the COR.

    We will remove the damaged concrete tree box. Then we will relay the bricks sticking up from the tree roots.
