Description
An abundance of trash and debris on Midlothian after you exit Powhite. There is also a red tent and trash as you pass Rosie's on the right before you get to the hotel. A bag of trash sitting in median at Whitehead Road & Midlothian for 2 weeks. The sidewalks on both sides of Midlothian need to have trash removed. The business in that area should trim the bushes in front near the road. People are sitting on crates in front of Shell and the hotel beside it and leaving trash.
