Many trees in 3100 block of Montrose Ave overgrown into street & blocking traffic (caller stated that street is a 2-way & cars are unable to pass due to tree encroachment.) Additionally, several are dead/dropping limbs in the street and in need of maintenance or removal. Caller states issue has been ongoing for over 1 year
