Description

The business called Rest in Pieces Located at 349 S. Laurel is in need of a dumpster. They are constantly overflowing the alley with their biohazardous waste, waste, and recycling. I have weeks worth of photos. The owner of the building is Nolan Blackwood. 804-517-7941/ 804-320-0422 nolen@blackwoodinvestmentsinc.com The business does not even have a proper license to be in the building...it is not zoned for this type of waste-producing business.
