Description
Citizen states that is slime and dirt / water covering the sidewalk and she is afraid that someone is going to get injured. She states that the city came and took down a water meter and left it on the sidewalk. Also there is a disabled citizen that is picked up by a van and has to cross over this area. She states that he may also fall and get injured. He sometimes uses a wheelchair and it will be very hard for him to cross over. 1308/1310 N. 35th Street
