Mr. Lytle called again as previous ticket DPW63087 shows completed with the status (M Emailed Luke McCall on 10/13 within 10ft of primary wires. City crews cannot work within 10 ft. of primaries due to OSHA and ANSI standards) tree removal , tree is dead and looks like its ready to fall over and Citizen said its hitting the power lines. Suggested to call VEPCO. Location: 200 W 30th St, 23225
