Description

The light for the southbound lane on Libbie at Grove often doesn't "recognize" cars, and skips through 2+ cycles before giving a green light for that lane. Traffic then backs up way down Libbie. The left turn lane signal seems ok, as do the signals for the other directions at the intersection. The "stop here on red" line was moved back a while ago, and I think that might be the issue.

    M This intersection is being investigated being that this problem happens at a certain time we will make adjustments but for now it should work normally as it should.
