Description
The recent traffic pattern at this intersection (9th and Broad St) needs more clarity. The white markings inside the intersection needs to be blacked out/erased better. Vehicles continue to incorrectly follow the FORMER traffic pattern as the white dotted lines have not been blacked out enough. There are many close call collisions as vehicles do not know which lane to stay in when going north on 9th St.
