The Fan

Description

Some of the side streets in the Fan badly need repaving. They've been torn up a lot and are in bad shape. Strawberry St., between Main and Grove, is a mess. Shields Ave. has a long ditches--3 inches deep, probably--running between Stuart and Grove. Other side streets are in poor shape as well. I don't think any of these side streets in the Fan have been repaved in many years. Thanks.
