Description
Along Kent Rd between Cutshaw Ave and Grace St the road and sidewalk the water doesn't drain. It pools and ponds at the entry to the alley and all along the sidewalk. It's a slip hazard for area residents as well as a potential problem for vehicles when the pooling crosses the street to the other curbline. The grading and drainage needs to be addressed before some is hurt.
