Description
Tree is overgrown near the root. The branches near the bottom also create a blindspot to the street for people walking on the sidewalk or me, coming out of my driveway. The tree roots have also raised the sidewalks in places. I saw an elderly man trip on the uneven pavement.

AND HE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT AND TRIM THE BRANCHES SO HE CAN SEE. AND NEEDS SOMEONE TO CUT THE ROOTS AS WELL TO FIX THE SIDEWALK. THE TREE IS AT 3515 MOSS SIDE AVE
